职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the key aspects of finance, including revenue, costs & expenses, cash flow, assets, credit control, tax, capital investment, etc.
2. Act as a business partner in assisting the Suzhou Operations and other members of the management team to achieve business objectives - providing value added analysis, financial counsel and making appropriate recommendations to support the business’s strategic and operational decision making.
3. Perform analysis and provide accounting and other financial information in a timely manner to the management team.
4. Establish and maintain adequate internal controls to safe guard company assets and to ensure that all transactions are legitimate and in the best interest of the organization.
5. Perform product, customer and market profitability analysis
6. Provide leadership to the finance team, and continue to develop, strengthen and upgrade the finance team & talent, so as to build a high performing organization.
7. Work closely with other parts of the organization on product costing, cost & expenses management, productivity improvement, investment decisions, transfer pricing etc.
8. Interface with external auditors to ensure that all statutory requirements are met and those tax returns are filed in accordance with applicable laws and statutes.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
2. Experiences in US GAAP and master the PRC GAAP. Knowledge of China Tax and local tax regulation.
3. Minimum 8 years of all-round accounting and cost accounting experience, gained in the manufacturing sector of multi-national companies, and at least 5 years in the supervisory position.
4. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Decisive and inferential as Controllership.
5. Experiences with financial software and ERP system implementation
6. Assertive leadership, good team player and proven management expertise.
7. Hands-on, dynamic and positive personality.
