Position for An European Company
Main Responsibilities:
1. To assist Plant Manager and Production Manager, in the organization and performance of the PROD team. Leads the creation of objectives and standards for manufacturing process, equipment and maintenance.
2. Support to review performance against budget in cost, productivity, efficiency, output, quality and safety.
3. Submit monthly written reports on performance to General Manager and Plant Manager along with deviations and explanations, recommended actions Plans and execute programs necessary to achieve department objectives.
4. Ensuring the casing reception is made on time, working out the Schedule in cooperation with Production management and SCM. Monitoring daily outputs, productivities, efficiencies and wastes in all the processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
5. Responsibility to manufacture with quality, cooperating with QA management for actions and controls needed and with SCM for shipments on time.
6. Responsible for maintenance of machines and PROD equipment keeping the necessary spare parts based on the minimum stock and safety stock levels.
7. Responsible for behavior, team working, communication and motivation of PROD staff. Control on turnover, absenteeism and accidents.
8. Identification of training needs. Responsible for definition, execution and effectiveness of trainings.
9. Other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
? Majored in Industrial Engineering or related.
? 10 years or above of experience in Manufacturing Industry
? Familiar with Department global management
? Quality and cost effective mindset
? Leadership and people managing skills
? Strong personality, team working and resilience
? Fluent English oral and written are mandatory.
