职位描述：

1.Leading the manufacturing and assembly operations (including outsourcing and internal produc-tion);

负责所有机械加工和装配相关的生产运营事务

2.Coordination of the whole production schedule according to the project requirment, ensuring and increasing the production efficiency and productivity;

根据项目的要求安排协调生产计划, 提高生产效率

3.Clarification of production related time, cost and quality problems;

解决与生产相关的交期, 费用及质量等事宜

4.Optimization of production processes and identification of potential improvements;

不断优化生产流程,对生产工艺进行持续改善

5.Management of the suppliers for mechanical parts, ensuring good communication with suppliers and the products meet cost, schedule and quality targets on all projects;

管理机加工外协供应商, 确保产品的价格, 质量及交期符合项目要求;

6.Evaluate new potential suppliers for mechanical parts and raw material;

开发、评估、管理机加工及原材料供应商

7.Support the sales and project management department to calculate and control production cost ;

协助销售和项目部门进行成本, 工时核算并控制费用;

8.Standardize and improve various operational processes, strict compliance with the relevant pro-duction safety regulations;

规范并提高各种生产运营流程，严格遵守相关的安全规范

9.Responsible for regularly examination and maintenance of the production equipments;

负责生产设备的维护保养

10.Responsible for the department's daily management work including staff management, training and assessment.

负责部门的日常管理工作包括人员的管理、培训、评估等等

任职资格

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing / mechanical engineering, or related major

本科以上学历，机械设计与制造相关专业

2.At least 8 years with relevant experiences in manufacturing / production management in multinational company as production manager

至少8年以上外资企业生产制造管理相关经验

3.Be familiar with production process and technology，the product quality and safe production related laws and regulations

熟悉相关生产工艺及流程，产品质量、安全生产等相关法律法规

4.Excellent ability of organization, communication、implement and management

良好的组织、沟通、执行、及管理能力

5.Honest, strong sense of responsibility, team and detail orientated,

诚实可靠，责任心强，认真细心、具备良好的团队合作精神;

6.Be able to work independently and efficiently under pressure,

良好的学习能力，在压力下高效独立地工作能力

7.Excellent language skills, fluent in written and spoken English or German
