B&R Enclosures a family owned company is Australia’s largest manufacturer of enclosures, racks and switchboard cabinets, providing innovative solutions to the electrical and communications industries. We are an International company expanding our small Suzhou-based Chinese operation to include project management and switchboard building.

Position Overview:
Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. Manage and develop customer’s relationships in best level.

Main job duties and responsibilities:
? Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
? Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
? Handle changes in policies or renewals.
? Share customer information, communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
? Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns.
? Making sure recovery of all the costs due to engineering changes are invoiced to customer, which is critical to company's profitability.
? Builds and maintains all relationship contact details in customer relationship management (CRM) system for all national and international key accounts and business partners.
? Responsible for the establishment and management of all customer accounts providing all required commercial, technical and operational support and training.
? Ensure company Customer service work run well.

Education, Work experience and Skills requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above. Electrical Trade or similar is preferred.
? 3-5 years working experience in similar commercial role in Electrical industry.
? Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
? Experience in global company will be preferred.
? Language: Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
