Principle Accountabilities:
1. Organize resources to win new business
2. Collect, analysis and process information and intelligence on customer and competitor
3. Design, propose and implement sales strategy and tactics for customer
4. Maintain and upgrade relationship constantly with related persons in customer side
5. Other tasks from manager

Experience/Education:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, engineering background like mechanical or electronic major preferred
2. Above 5 years sales experience in component, tooling or raw material in healthcare or life science market
3. Good written and oral English
4. Diligence and strong sense of responsibility
5. Team work and strong sense of collaboration
6. Strong communication and presentation skill
