- To manage the picking functions in the VF CDC
管理VF CDC管理picking 部门
- To achieve the day to day operation KPI’s for DC operations

- Lead SOP/WI Development

- 依据预报和季节性变化监测人力需求
- To deliver functional productivity target and planned working hours base on operational plan
- 根据预报工作计划提供生产力指标和计划工作时间
- Inventory management, to ensure inventory accuracy

职位要求
1）教育水平 Education Level
- Bachelor/College Degree
- 本科/大专
- Management, Logistics, Engineering or proven substantial sizable DC operations experience (Preference will give to those qualified candidates experienced in FW/ APP/ EQ DC operations)
管理、物流、工程或实际大型仓库操作经验（合格的候选人优先给在鞋子/服装/电商仓库的操作经验）
2）工作经验 Work experience
- At least 4 years relevant working experience in DC operations or Supply Chain in first line supervisory roll至少四年以上工作经验或相关供应链管理经验
3）综合素质/个人特征 Personal Character
- Analytical Thinking: understands a situation by breaking it apart into smaller pieces, or tracing the implications of a situation in a step-by-step manner
