职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct incoming inspection and finish goods audit per work instruction and drawing. Assist to supervise all production process meet quality system requirements.
严格按照作业指导书和进行来料和出货检验。 协助监督所有生产过程符合质量体系要求。
2. Make test and measurement plan according to requirements and complete the plan根据需求安排实验及测量计划，并按照计划完成相应产品的测试与测量
3. Complete the test report and archive制作实验报告及测量报告，并整理归档
4. Manage the instruments involving testing and measuring管理及定期盘点实验室及生产线测量及测试仪器
5. Complet SPC and MSA according to customer requirements按照客户要求制作SPC和MSA
6. Aduit the production line periodically and complete related report定期稽核产线不符合文件的行为，并制作报告
7. Archive other documents as required by company, such as process report, validation report
公司其他文件的整理及归档，如工艺报告验证报告等
8. Other task assigned by supervisor 主管布置的其他任务。

Requirements:
1. Operate basic measuring and test instruments, such as caliper, micrometer, height gauge, projector, hardness tester, torque spanner会使用基本的测量工具及实验设备，如卡尺、千分尺、高度规、投影仪、硬度计、扭力扳手等
2. Make test and measurement report, have basic knowledge about drawing, have experience about audit, make SPC and MSA, preliminary understand TS system会制作实验报告及测量报告，可看懂图纸，有在产线稽核的经验，初步了解TS体系，会制作SPC，MSA。
3. Careful, responsible and organized工作细心负责，有条理性。
4. Familiar with Excel, Word, PPT and other basic computer skills; Understand simple English会使用电脑，熟悉excel、word、PPT文件的使用，懂简单的英文
5. College or above, 1 year above experience大专以上学历，一年以上工作经验
6. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team 可以独立工作同时又能团队合作
7. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines 能在压力下或期限内完成工作
8. Detail and result oriented 注重细节，关注结果
9. Able to work overtime 可以适当加班 举报 分享
