职位描述：
Qualifications：
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in accounting with accountant qualification certificate and advanced level accountant certificate
2. Minimum 6 years working experience in finance department, among them at least 4 years in the department leading role (supervisor, leader, manager)
3. Good knowledge of ERP systems, familiar with SAP operation(Hyperion is a plus) and Proficiency with Excel is a must
4. Working knowledge of standard inventory costing is required
5. Be familiar with China accounting, audit, tax and Finance law and rules
6. Strong organizational and analytical skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
7. Experienced with cost controlling and come up with action plan for saving initiative
8. Solid experience in people management and financial processes
9. Fluency in both spoken and written English

Responsibilities：
1. To manage the financial reporting, forecasting and planning for all entities inside Sogefi Suzhou and to support the financial reporting for Sogefi shanghai
2. To supervise and coach the finance team to ensure correctness of monthly reporting
3. To monitor the capex and change of WC to achieve BDG target
4. To follow AR overdue and work with Sales team to improve cash position
5. To reconcile local accounts to IFRS accounts for monthly reporting
6. To drive the analysis of Standard costing and update of Activity rate to be synchronized with real condition.
7. To analyze variance between actual and forecast/bdg and drive productivity
8. To ensure the accounting practice is compliance with relevant laws
9. To be responsible in annual statuary and tax audit and annual administrative filing
10. To be responsible for the Interco transaction management including the Interco registration
11. To prepare the annual budget, strap, PC1 and PC2 with solid ground
12. To assist CFO on other assigned adhocs
13. Abide by the regulation of ISO14001 and TS16949 and take the responsibility in security, environment and quality written in company system documents 举报 分享
