职位描述：
1) Roll out new compliance policies
2) Define compliance training target, conduct compliance training, keep training partipation record, follow up training attendance
3) Report compliance cases to regional compliance office
4) Follow up corrective action resulted from compliance risk assessment
5) Assist regional compliance department on:
<i> conducting compliance risk assessment
<ii> drafting compliance communication letter
<iii> performing anti-corruption related internal controls
<iv> administration work (i.e. 20% of total man time) for compliance training in the whole Asia Pacific region
6) Take up the role of local compliance officer for Hong Kong Office
7) Base in Changshu. Occasional travel to Hong Kong.
Qualification:
1) 5 years of working experience in Big 4 accounting firm or international accounting firm or law firm
2) External financial or Internal audit experience
3) Sarbanes Oxley experience preferred but not a must
4) Commercial MNC working experience preferred but not a must
5) Hands on anti-corruption compliance (i.e. Foreign corrupt practices act) experience preferred but not a must

1) Highest ethical standard
2) Keen on learning anti-corruption compliance requirements for those without prior exposure
3) Energetic, enthusiasm and positive
4) Fluency in English, Mandarin and written Chinese a must
