Job description
1. Order Management
1.1 All order and forecast load in system with correct order type, customer sold to, PO Number, Material Number, Quantity, Price, Delivery Date, Quote Number; including manual order and EDI order;
1.2 Process order/forecast change and reschedule correctly in system; including ship to address, Inco-term, plant, SLOC, item cat, shipping condition, SPI, dates, price.
1.3 Update customer delivery schedule/order acknowledgement in 48 hours, send backlog to customer weekly, or use customer format doing reschedule weekly;
1.4 Update SA delivery schedule to customer weekly or as customer request, take action immediately if delivery date can’t meet customer request, or no further forecast loaded in system;
1.5 Manage VMI/consignment pull signal to make sure all pull signal are loaded and invoiced in time.
1.6 Check VMI inventory for VMI customers monthly;
2. Customer Relationship Management
2.1 Reply customer email in 24 hours no matter there is a result or not;
2.2 Read every email carefully to avoid mistake due to miss email or not read carefully;
2.3 For pending emails/issue, remark it as pending status, then follow up to get it closed;
2.4 Communicate with customer politely and effectively;
2.5 Escalate immediately for critical issues;
3. Order/Issue Follow Up
3.1 Follow up RMA shipment till it is closed;
3.2 Follow up new SO load without commit date to get a delivery date for customer;
3.3 Follow up SO with pending cancellation and delivery block until it is closed;
3.4 Follow up sample orders/quote till it is closed.
3.5 Follow up internal pending issue/emails till it is closed;
4. Others
4.1 Work attendance (on time & leave)
4.2 Join group activity positively;
4.3 Get back up job arranged well during leave
4.4 Good working attitude and willing to help others
4.5 Self-learn and development
5. Handle customer/Sales/Internal Complain
Requirement:
1, College or above
2, Good English with CET 4 or above. Communication with oversea customer without issues
2, Relevant working experience in customer service or planning more than 3 years.
3, Can work with high pressure, good initiative, be more patient, sensitive and careful with data
5, Familiar with Excel, ERP or SAP Preferred
