Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

• Set country pricing structure to align with APO pricing policy based on understanding of local market and product • Review, evaluate and approve SPA (special price approval) requests by following APO MSP and SPA approval process to ensure business profitable growth • Simplify and improve pricing process by promoting digitization and simplification and supporting eSPA workflow tool implementation and usage • Work closely with Asia Product Line Managers and Senior Pricing Team to develop pricing strategy and set guidelines to drive margin and mix improvement, and product line competitiveness • Develop consistent profit & loss by customer review to ensure sustainable business model • Drive ownership of sales, price and CM analysis using data and info in the Asia Pricing Digital Cockpit and biz data warehouse • Work with Sales to develop ad hoc promotion plans to drive volume growth • Actively engage Asia Pacific Pricing Team to manage pricing internal Transfer Pricing (TP), Minimal Selling Price (MSP) and System Contributed Margin (SCM) evaluation requests • Monitor product manufacturing variable cost (MVC) year-over-year trends and provide analytical support and report to drive profitable pricing decisions • Maintain annual country cost adder and ensure that all SCM and MSP monetize costs to drive profitability • Maintain and update price tables in ERP System • Ad hoc project & analytics report

Qualifications/Requirements

• BS/BA/Master degree in Business/Marketing/Finance/Economics degree or MBA (preferred, but not required)• Good commercial / marketing sense with solid Finance knowledge • Detail oriented and comfortable with numbers• Good at data mining with solid Excel & Access skill, VBA knowledge will be a plus• Self-motivation and strategic thinking• Self confidence• TEAMWORK• More than 5 years related working experiences is required• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influence skills especially in English• Fast learner, good analytical skills, and strong business sense with customer focus • Able to make tough call
