Role Summary/Purpose

Role will monitor and manage client risk across all GE entities in the Asia and Australia regions, and own the delivery of factoring and monetization results on a monthly and quarterly basis. Monitoring will focus on collateral management and factoring contract compliance for GE factoring clients. The role will also assist clients and relevant debtor underwriters in managing the factoring process as well as the post quarter end reconciliation process. Reports to the WCS global CCO.

Essential Responsibilities

Work with functional teams in servicing clients with an emphasis on gathering and analysing collateral data. Expected to hold detailed discussions around factoring and monetization (including syndicated deals and/or securitization) to the GE client’s regional leadership, up to and including C-level. Serve as point person for the client for all funding activity with WCS Participate in contract review and negotiation as required Prepare Credit Committee presentations Approve funding requests Insure the timely receipt of collateral data from the clients Analyze collateral data and prepare monthly PMRs to help track client performance Manage any contract amendments in concert with WCS Legal Full understanding of the client factoring contract and the establishment of processes for client compliance Point person to insure client compliance with quarter end factoring and reconciliation requirements Track client KYC/AML compliance On-site client visits and pitches Coordinator of A/R field examinations at the client sites Interaction when required with Regulatory Readiness team to insure client risk compliance

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years ABL or Factoring Risk experience…. exposure to collateral field examination process a plus Ability to communicate across multiple clients, functions, countries and organizational levels Bachelor’s degree… Business major preferred Basic understanding of risk support systems such as Factorlink and PACE Travel requirement: 30% Highly organized, detail-minded and self-starter Results-driven
