? Master Data Maintain
-Distributor Data (Warehouse, Office) - with Sales
-DS/CS Store List (Location, Address)
-BA Data if needed
-New Distributor Open contract and supporting document
? Distributor Routine Order
-Order Collection from RSM
-Order Process follow with Finance/Supply Chain
? Sell in/out & Inventory Data Reporting
-Tracking monthly/quarterly Sell in progress
-Distributor rebate process set up, calculation and processing
-Distributor exchange process set up, calculation and processing
-Collecting Distributor monthly by department store by SKU sell out and consolidated with POS data
-Collecting Distributor month end by SKU inventory
-Verifying inventory data accuracy
? Analysis
-Based on channel sell in, out and inventory trend to analysis and provide business insights
? Administration & Support
-Admin & ad hoc support to sales team

? University Graduate
? 3~5 years experienced in sales analysis or sales operation
? Familiar with EXCEL\ PPT \WORD & other office software.
? Strong quantitative and analytical skills
