职位描述：
? Responsibility during shift and authority to issue directives对整个班负责并发出工作指令
? Communicate with previous shift in regards to performance and production run during shift overlap交接班时应与上一班将机器状况及生产情况交接清楚
? Continually checking and monitoring the processes in the company in order to ensure the highest quality of each part manufactured in accordance with specifications and inspection procedures按照产品规范和检验要求持续检查和监控生产过程以确保每一个产品具有最高的质量
? Ensure that processing parameter are in line with the setup plan确保所有加工参数符合设置计划
? Control and ensure that measuring gauges are functional and correct adjusted检查和确保测量工具完好并得到正确的调整
? Ensure and issue supporting materials to production machines (Material, Oil, Transport articles)确保并分发生产附助材料（材料、油、托盘）
? Control and support of periodical maintenance activity’s管理和支持定期维修
? Ensure correct documentation on processing machines确保加工机器的文件的正确性
? Control SPC’s and in-process inspection input of the Operator监督操作工及时执行制程检查SPC数据的输入
? Control operator work attendance管理操作工出勤情况
? Manage operator work performance and evaluate operator 管理操作工工作表现及对操作工的工作进行评估
? Evaluate operator评估操作工
? Ensure and observe Part flow on all process steps观察并确保零件在所有加工过程中的状况
? Ensure safety (shoes, workshop status, etc.)确保安全（工作鞋、车间状况等）
? Ensure cleanliness in the workshop确保工作环境整洁
? Control 5S duty管理并监督执行5S
? Control execution and implementation of work instructions执行和实施操作说明书
? Control internal documentation管控内部文件
? Control condition and availability of machines确保机器处于正常的工作状态
? Control production cards and input IT record监督操作工填写生产报表并输入电脑
? Immediate report to management of all deviations during common production (machine breakdown, electrical troubles, lack of working material, etc.)及时向上级汇报生产中出现的异常（停机、电气故障、缺料等）
? Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures遵守公司所有实施的政策及程序
? Support Operators / Key Operator in his daily duty日常工作中支持操作工和主要操作工
 职位要求：
? Minimum of 3 years turning or maching work experience 3年车床或机加工工作经验
? Oral English knowledge良好的英语口语
? Capable of troubleshooting problems解决故障问题的能力
? Capable of maintenance activities according instructions按照说明书进行维修的能力
? First Aid training (will be provided on demand)急救培训（如有需要将提供）
? Safety training (will be provided on demand)安全培训（如有需要将提供）
? Ability to work in a team 团队工作的能力
? Strong diagnostic skills良好的判断能力
