职位描述：
1.Key Accountabilities(What needs to be done-tasks/activities)
Working with Head of L&D to achieve following tasks.
Leadership Development Strategy
-Work with Head of L&D and OD to develop Costa’s Leadership and development strategies that will fit company’s long term strategy.
-Track and assess training interventions to ensure there is a cycle of continuous improvement.
Course design and delivery
- Engage with all departments to find out their needs
- Organize and coordinate all available resources
- Complete course design on time with high quality.
- Ensure the course serves company’s leadership development strategy.
- In house training delivery.
- Collect feedback from trainees to improve the quality of the courses.
- Complete the training report on a regular basis
- Follow up and evaluate training results
Vendor management
-Maintain an external network of training providers and coaches.
-Coordinate and manage outsourced leadership trainings/programs.
Support in current Learning Journey
-Support training team in regular learning journey design, modify, and delivery in both CST and Ops team when needed.

Continuous improvement on training evaluation score
Your Say result on development questions
Shift in talent matrix and quality of PDPs
Improve in ‘my manager scores’ across YOUR SAY

3.Experience/ Knowledge
Essential:
Bachelor Degree or above
Minimum 3 years of experience in course design and training, preferable in multinational companies
Understanding of Business strategy
Desirable:
Operational experience within retail and or F&B
Experience of working with Psychometrics
