职位描述：
? Communicate with previous shift in regards to machine performance and production run during shift overlap交接班时应与上一班将机器状况及生产情况交接清楚
? Operate Various equipment (Lathes, Mills, Grinders) 各种设备的操作（车床、铣床和磨床等）
? Produce quality components according to part drawing and quality instructions按照零件图纸及质量要求生产合格的产品
? Perform Daily, Weekly and Monthly Preventive Maintenance per instructions.按照指导执行日，周及月的预防保养
? Perform SPC’s and in-process inspection, as instructed按照指导执行统计制程及生产过程中的检测
? Record daily occurrences in log system按照要求进行必要的日常记录
? Operate your work area as specified in Work Instructions and as laid out by Department Supervisor按部门主管的要求在你的工作区域按照作业指导进行工作
? Continually checking and monitoring the process at your work center in order to ensure the highest quality of each part manufactured at your station is in accordance with specifications and inspection procedures按照产品规范和检验要求对你工作的岗位持续的检查及对生产过程的监控以确保在你工作的岗位所生产的每一个产品具有最高的质量
? Block parts if mistake detected如果有缺陷产品发生应将有缺陷的产品予以隔离
? Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures遵守公司所有实施的政策及程序
? Perform offsets and tool changes执行刀具补偿设置和刀具更换
? Reports all abnormal circumstances to Key Operator将所有的异常状况报告给主要作业员
职位要求：
? Minimum of 3 years turning work experience 3年车床或机加工工作经验
? Capable of troubleshooting problems解决故障问题的能力
? Ability to work in a team团队工作的能力
? Positive attitude towards new ideas 乐意接受新的主意和想法
