Overview:
As PMO to maintain digital systems / tools / E-Forms developed by TE Global and China local team.
Collect requirement from local users and feedback to IT team, then follow up the improvement / updating actions.
Analysis data from local systems and create report for management level regularly.
Responsibilities:
Programming Skills
-VB or C# skills.
-SQL Server knowledges.
-PHP development experience.
-CSS skills.
New Projects Execution
-Help project managers to update project plan.
-Help project managers to follow up key open issues.
-Help project managers to collect project deliverables.
Resource Management
-Set project priority, cooperate with related department to adjust the best resource arrangement.
-Always have enough resource in each project phase.
Risk Management
-Can evaluate enough risk, find better resource and pre-arrange necessary tasks to avoid it.
-Lesson learnt for each project close up
Qualifications:
Bachelor in Engineering
3 year's experience in system developing with VB/C#/PHP
Good communication with marketing person, sometimes directly to customer. Interact and communicate effectively within the CFT
