职位描述：
1. Senior VCE
Objective of Job ：The Vehicle Cost Engineer (VCE) is responsible for managing the vehicle level cost program from program approval through the end of life for a vehicle program. The VCE owns the overall vehicle cost management process, including driving uniformity in the development and tracking of component targets and change management.
Job Responsibilities:
1. To manage the vehicle Target Cost setting process (variable and supplier tooling) in support of business case development for vehicle program approval;
2. To manage vehicle cost spending (variable and supplier tooling) to be contained within approved program funding;
3. To manage and track all CCD/ODM’s cost impact for responsible project;
4. To manage and track all bulletin cost impact;
5. Other cost analysis activities if required;

Qualifications:
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited university;
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier 1 at engineering program management or engineering development, cost analysis background will be better;
- Skills & Competence:
1. Advanced technical or management degree;
2. Excellent relationship building skills & Excellent communication skills (oral and written);
3. Engineering vehicle cost analysis experience;
4. Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook);
