职位描述：

1. Provide administrative support to Vice President as well as other Management Committee members to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of their calendar, business travel of domestic and international; internal and external conference and meeting scheduling.

2. Prepare scripts for speeches and PowerPoint documents for internal and external presentations.

3. Perform translation of written documents into both languages and proof-reading for working documents

4. Organize APAC and management committee Meetings on a regular basis within China and overseas (North America, Australia, Korea, Japan, Thailand etc.). Prepare meeting agenda, discussion topic, list of attendance, email invitation and meeting minute taking under the guidance of business head. Responsible for the entire local logistical organization.

6. Support incoming company visitors from other countries with their on ground travel requirements including transportation, hotel, restaurant, agenda, as well as invitation letters, visa application when required.

7. Take care of office regular monthly payment, such as office stationary/pantry, car rental, monthly visa cost, monthly conf. call bill, etc.

8. Take care of expatriates’ business visa, residence permit/extension in China
