RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Independently conducting business development and sourcing new clients
2. Using marketing and business knowledge to extend company contacts
3. Identifying and evaluating employers' recruitment needs
4. Delivering recruitment services of exceptional quality to our clients
5. Sourcing, interviewing, assessing and profiling candidates and making representations to clients

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge in Management Consulting industry is high preferred.
2. Client facing experience is highly regarded as will be English and Mandarin spoken language.
3. More than 5 years' work experience
4. At least more than 1 year Consultant work experience in Headhunter/Search Firm/Recruitment Services Industry
