Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Min. 5 years’ experience of EHS and Quality system management in electronics industry
- Strong background of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, lead auditor is preferred
- Good command in written and oral English
- Quality and safety oriented
- Good management of change and conflict
- Team work and cooperation
Job responsibility:
1. Business Process Control(BPC)
- Support local process owners for modelling and improvement of local processes in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001 and relevant global PULS requirements.
- PROMS (PULS Business Management System) management
- Executing and tracking system audits (quality, environment and health & safety) according to System Audit Process
- Executing and tracking business process and general manufacturing process audit according to System Audit Process.
- Review of new / changed glossary entries according to process control of glossary entries.
- Tracking of pages in draft and/or discussion status in order to ensure compliance with management system requirements
- Support BPM HQ for business process reviews
- Improvement needs identification according to business processes and PROMS structure & implementation
2. Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)
- Be responsible for implementing, maintaining and continuous improvement of the environmental management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and relevant global PULS requirements
- Documentation management of the EHS system
- Planning and monitoring internal EHS audits
- Managing local EHS program (including the EHS objectives)
- Yearly actualization of the assessment of the EHS aspect
- Regular determination of the currently applicable EHS legal requirements
- EHS trainer and propagandist
- Communication with government for all EHS related topic and be responsible for government audit
3. Working with all related functions to plan and execute Total Quality Management activities such as Quality Month
4. Coordinating for third party (Quality, EHS system and Product qualification such as UL and CAS and so on) and customer audit from planning, supporting and tracking with particular functions
5. Other tasked assigned by Quality Manager
