Job Responsibilities:

-Driving the implementation culture and help to improve the MOVE maturity level in plant;
-Create process vision and workshop plan with management and segments;
-Define the segment MOVE qualitative and quantitative target or indicators;
-Define MOVE qualification matrix for each employee and conduct MOVE trainings according to training plan;
-Support plant IE to hold different kind of typical MOVE workshops like Flow/SMED/VSD/MTM/TPM/5S and so on;
-Responsible for SFM direct/SFM indirect workshop, PDCA coaching;
-Support plant IE to implement and track for different kind of typical MOVE workshops like Flow/SMED/VSD/MTM/TPM/5S/IP/SFM direct/SFM indirect and so on;
-Support Segment monthly MOVE review, conduct self-assessment of MOVE review
-Implement Group guideline， China policies as well as the plant regulations, ensure the segment is in compliance with internal and external standard requirements;
-Other activities assigned by plant MOVE manager


Qualification Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above
-More than 3 years working experience in lean or related position;
-Fluent in oral and written English
-Strong communication and coordination ability
-Self-driven sense towards lean concept change
-Ability to influence the others
-VSM/Flow/KANBAN: attend basic and advanced training, workshop, can conduct training and workshop.
-Problem solving capabilities
