职位描述：
职位职责Tasks:
1. 能够基于客户输入或者内部对标数据库进行产品(主要是汽车多重减震器）设计
Lead the design of multiple anti-vibration products based on customer, internal design standards and benchmark information
2. 支持跨功能小组完成APQP的工作，包括协助项目小组起草并维护DFMEA及技术评审等前期质量策划工作
Support cross functional team APQP process, including creation and maintenance of quality documents such as DFMEA and Design Review
3.开发能够满足内外部需求的产品，包括完成各项产品制作、测试及性能调试的产品开发工作
Develop products to meet requirements (both internal and external); include sample making, testing and fine tuning
4. 领导DV及PV试验并提供每个客户需要的试验报告
Lead part design verification test (DV) & product verification tests (PV), provide reports per customer requirement
5. 必要时根据客户要求现场支持阶段性样件生产
Support customers'' phase build activities on-site when necessary
6. 支持对内外部客户及供应商的技术交流
Support technical communication, both internal and external (customers, suppliers, etc)
7.协助和指导团队中新来的或者是年轻的工程师
Support and mentor new/young engineers on the team

任职要求Requirement：
1.本科学历,机械或车辆工程专业
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Vehicle Engineering
2.5年以上减震零件设计或开发经验，发动机悬置或衬套（产品主要成分涉及到橡胶、塑料或压铸铝等）
5+ years of experience in anti-vibration part design/development (engine mounts/bushings with rubber, plastic or aluminum dies casing components)
3.熟悉汽车零部件的产品开发流程；熟悉汽车橡胶组件设计与开发工作者优先考虑；英语流利，能独立与欧美客户交流
Experience with development of automotive vehicle components，Experience with design and development of rubber components preferred，Fluent in English. Capacity to communicate with Europe/US engineering teams
4.熟练使用CAD等相关软件进行设计（UG/Catia）
Design capability in CAD software (UG NX and/or Catia)
5.个人有上进心并且有学习的动力，具有较强的指导和领导的能力
