职位描述：
Reporting to the Branch Purchasing Manager (or the Global Purchasing Manager), he/she is the responsible to obtain the mechanical manufacturing in Quality, Time and Cost

Work actively on the planning process of the company production.
Planning, coordinate and control of the mechanical parts, to obtain the better Quality, Cost and Timing for the correct assembly.
Development and evaluate suppliers of mechanical construction on the Branch country.
Assure the requested delivery times.
Committed in an active way in the planning process of the company’s projects.
Supply the quotations received to the requester department, providing feedback and suggestions about suppliers, purchase opportunities and different insights on the sourcing process.
Ensure the on-time delivery and define the information flow of the departments that cooperate with, in order to coordinate the precise actions for a efficient management of each of them.
Ensure the quality of the supply and the suppliers in delivery and payment terms, quality and price.

Requirements：
Technical Engineering Bachelor Degree or Master Degree or minimal experience of 5 years in similar position
Experience in Purchasing and production planning. Minimal experience required of 2 to 3 years in similar position.
Master in spoken and written local language.
Master in spoken and written English.
Preferable SAP knowledge.
