职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1 Maintaining updated the databases assigned to him/her (e.g.: furnishing the ERP with information generated in Extrusion commands, production and inventories, introduction of production sheets, recovery records and maintenance work orders).
2 Drawing up various lists starting from the exploitation of the databases and distributing in the organization.
3 Carrying out the control and acceptance of invoices (checking the invoices of maintenance, consumables, etc., with the delivery notes).
4 Collaborating with the drawing up of production documentation (indicators and reports).
5 Generating and drawing up various documentation intended for other plants of the Group (delivery notes, invoices, etc.).
6 Carrying out other tasks demanded by the business organization.
7 Complying with the procedures and regulations related to the occupational risk prevention, environment, quality, etc.

Requirements:
1 1-2 years working experience;
