1) Must be computer literate: MS Office-Word, Excel and SAP. Must be able to learn other in-house software as needed.
2) Teamwork and good communication skill.

5) Able to motivate, train and coach subordinates.
Responsibilitie：
1) Assure that all corrective actions to eliminate the repetition of nonconforming products are followed.
2)Manage the daily assignment and direction of personnel to achieve productivity goals.
3) Establish goals and objectives aimed at supporting departmental and overall company objectives.
4) Be responsible to propose and implement cost reduction projects.
5) Provide reports and ensure general administrative requirements are met
