职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for APQP management in new project & product development throughout prototype built, MAB (Material Assessment Board), testing & reliability and mass production;
新项目/新品的先期产品质量策划管理：贯穿“原型机生产、试产、测试和可靠性和量产阶段的质量控制；
2. Take the lead to analyze, solve and control project quality problems to meet quality target (COPQ, ICQ) before mass production. Find the opportunity of continuous improvement in product quality and process quality both;
主导分析、解决和控制项目产品质量，确保其在量产前达到品质目标(COPQ,ICQ等)，并识别产品和过程质量的持续改进机会；
3. Responsible for criteria preparation and management of process and product quality management for New project/product and also training provided to the related team members;
负责新项目/新产品的过程质量检验及产品质量检验的标准制定和管理，并负责相应的培训；
4. Be Leading QC team to analyze in-process and product quality issues and then make CAPA actions for implementation for new project/product quality control;
领导检验员团队对新项目/新产品生产过程和产品质量问制定纠正预防措施并实施；
5. Be in charge of new testing & inspection equipment/gauge evaluation, applying and qualification;
负责新的测试/检验设备/仪器进行评估，申购及验收；
6. To ensure the standard quality procedure (QCP) for New project/product are followed and implemented in all manufacturing processes;
监督和维护标准的质量程序(质量控制计划）在所有新项目/新产品制造过程中被正确执行；
7. Providing sufficient quality support during MBA processes to deal with failure analysis and corrective action implementation together with ME and production team;
在试产过程中，提供足够的质量协助来分析解决质量问题，并采取改善措；
8. Be leading the related process owners to address customer warranty & quality complaints to take CAPA using Kaizen/A3 (8D problem-solving too) report;
负责使用Kaizen/A3报告（8D原则-问题解决工具），主导相关责任人对客户质保/质量投诉问题处理，并确保纠正预防措施的实施；
9. Follow up quality KPI's in routine job and break down required action plans to achieve the target;
在日常工作中贯彻质量目标，并制定详细的行动计划以达成目标;
10. Any other tasks which have been delegated by the direct supervisor.
完成直属主管指定的其他任务。

Requirements:
1. 5-10 years manufacturing plant working experiences and 3-5 years quality and / or project management for engineering mechanical automation industry;
5-10年制造厂工作经验，其中3-5年工程机械自动化产品质量和/或项目管理经验；
2. Colleague degree or above, mechanical & electrical engineering major;
本科及以上学历，机电类专业；
3. Be capability of understanding electrical wiring principle and related testing procedure; PLC, Refrigeration, air-conditioning experience preferred;
具备电气接线原理技能及电气测试技能；懂PLC, 制冷,空调行业优先；
4. Be capability of drawing by Auto CAD or Solid edge software and understand 3D model by design;
会使用CAD, Solid edge等工程软件，能读懂3D产品模型图；
5. Have project management experience and can finish project goal timely and trouble shooting separately;
有一定的项目管理经验，能够及时完成项目目标和独立解决项目运行中的问题；
6. Familiar with APQP, PPAP, 8D Problem-solving tools, experienced by projects involvement with Cross function team work;
熟悉APQP, PPAP, 8D-问题解决工具，具有跨职能协作的项目管理经验；
7. Good communication in English & Chinese both for orally and written.
