职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 设备生产过程中的应急维修
2设备的月度年度的保养及更新设备的备件信息
3 提出设备的改善建议，并对设备高故障点进行合理的改善
4 协助其他部门进行设备的维修
5 完成领导安排的工作
6 能够倒班加班,随叫随到

QUALIFICATIONS:
一、 知识要求：中专以上学历，机电一体化或机械自动化相关专业；2-3年工作经验 ；能适应高温作业环境；有铸造行业维修工作经验者优先
二、 经验及技能要求：
1、熟练掌握机械维修知识和设备维护保养相关知识；
2、熟练并准确处理设备机械电气发生的故障；
3、具备设备机械、电气故障的快速抢修能力；
4、了解机械制图方法，具备识图能力；
5、掌握新设备新设施的安装工作要点；
6、掌握一定的电脑操作能力和书面记录能力；
7、懂得变频器、PLC（AB， 欧姆龙 三菱） 任意一种
8、持低压电工、高压电工、 钳工、焊工等技能者优先。
三、体力及适应性要求：
    1、具有健康的体魄和充沛的工作精力；
