职位描述：
Lead quotation, project development and account management

Responsibilities:
- Drive quotation: Assess risk, drive competitiveness, accuracy & timing of quotation, challenge customer specification to fit with IMI capabilities
- Lead new project development: Coordinate project team, interface with the customer and IMI, facilitates. Executive Level interaction, Identify and communicate hurdles and risks, ensure timing and objectives are met, lead gate closure during project committee review
- Manage customer account: Grow sales and mare sure that the business/projects are profitable, make projections on the future of the project results and impact on the Pnl of the plant, review and improve the customer scorecard
- Manage customer audit
- Manage change: Coordinate internally and with customer the tasks to be performed according to procedures and manage changes accordingly thru ECN or EOL including the related impact to cost, quality and planning
- Ensure the well being of the team and plan for continuous growth (succession planning)

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with major in electronics, equipment, mechanical/technical
2. More than 3 years working experience in EMS engineering
3. Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English
4. Stable and integrity
5. Ability to understand technical issue and challenge engineering teams
