General Description:

- As part of SKEMA development strategy, the Suzhou Campus Development Manager is in charge of the recruitment of new students in China and other Asian countries (Singapore, South Korea, Taïwan and Hong Kong) for all pre-experience programmes and all campuses as well as developing communication to promote school branding in China.

Main Responsibility:

Management:

- Manage the admission team of Suzhou campus including Managing Communication, Front office and back office.
- Work with Suzhou Campus Development Director, Development and Admissions Marketing Director in France to formulate annual marketing plan including student recruitment, communication and marketing events.
- Plan annual marketing budget, follow-up and control its expense.
- Manage all marketing projects (cost, quality, progress, etc)
- Work with marketing department of French campus to carry out and coordinate with French colleagues on internal communication.

Campus development

- Reach annual recruitment objectives
- Promote SKEMA during fairs and other promotional events
- Answer to students requests
- Maintain the good relationship with the existing partners, including universities, institutions and companies.
- Develop new partnerships, including drafting commercial and academic agreement with partners.
- Expand school branding and optimize the brand image through both online and offline channels (propose new initiatives & actions)
Others
- Coordinate/ support other teams when necessary in school event.

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years working experience in team management, with knowledge of education , preferably sales role
- Bachelor degree or above, overseas education is preferable
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, French is a plus
- Inter-culture ability and interpersonal skill
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Project management experience to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and balance multiple priorities
- Can travel domestic or abroad 举报 分享
