职位描述：
SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE/职位与基本目的的范围
？ The purpose of this role is to ensure all activities within plant to comply with regulation and J&J standards through effective training and day-to day inspection and technical suggestion & support
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS (indicate estimated % of time spent where possible)/ 主要职责/任务 (以时间的百分比表示)
？ Overall responsible for EHS&S Environment and chemical management both DePuy and Synthes sites
？ 30% - Coordinate on EHS&S participation including from individual departments on ISO14001, OHSAS18001 system and MAARS completion.
？ 25% -EHS&S inspection and corrective actions,
？ 20% - Provide routine EHS&S training. Answer questions, Provide professional consultation to individual employee on EHS&S fields.
？ 15%- Follow procedure as EHS&S role on chemical, environmental and waste handling.
？ 10% - Other activities on EHS&S improvements

ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY MEASURES/职责/主要衡量指标
？ Provides guidance and support to the J&J Suzhou organization, Both DePuy and Synthes sites to ensure complete implementation of regulatory and J&J requirements and standards
？ Communicates Health, Safety and Environmental requirements to the organization in an effective way.
？ Implements Health, Safety and Environmental programs in agreement with J&J corporate Environmental Affairs and Health and Safety.
？ Improve EHS awareness via conducting regular training courses, inspections, etc..
？ Coordinates internal EHS assessments.
？ Maintain ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 programs/Certificateon site.
？ The Health, Safety and Environmental training.
？ EHS&S related internal audit/inspection
？ Set up and drive organization with proper ownership/ delegation to support the daily operation of EHS management system.
？ Maintain EHS&S operation procedure and instruction per J&J and local government requirements.
？ Conduct internal audit and inspection, keep all records & CAPA
？ Responsible for environment/chemical related authority inspection matters and improvement action follow up
？ internal project EHS&S support on compliance matters
？ Other assignment from direct supervisor.
