职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Work as part of the Quality team supporting the development of the quality culture at the plant to assure customers of site's commitment to quality.
2. Act as first contact point for customer complaints.
3. Lead customer complaint handling and as the problem owner to organize team to fix the problem in 8D way, push internal process improvement.
4. Deliberation with the customer, in the name of site, to find the best (temporary) solution, both for the customer as well as site.
5. Customer PPM and quality issues monthly review, pass the voice of customer to internal process and continue push internal quality improvement with engineering, in-process quality and production
6. Controlling the process of internal complaint completion and informing the customer about the status of their complaint regularly.
7. Closing a complaint in consultation with the customer
8. Periodically reporting quality analyses to the internal organisation and giving advice concerning improvement initiatives.
9. Accompany audits done by customers within site.
10. Other tasks from supervisor.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Quality or Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years experience in a Customer Engineer / Quality role
3. Statistical and process orientation
4. Working knowledge of English
5. Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
6. Proficiency in problem solving and quality techniques including:
- PFMEA - 8D Problem Solving
- PPAP - Quality Auditing
- SPC - MSA
7. Customer focused, proactive problem solver
8. Excellent organisational skills; the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
9. Excellent communication (internal/external customers and suppliers)
