ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Working in collaboration with the Director - EE, the RBO and Factory led commercial organisation to deliver revenue and revenue growth targets for the EE product lines. Identifying and defining the long and short term strategy of the solution, to achieve drive key innovations & projects for the solution.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Drive revenue growth through collaboration on product and automation initiatives with China Sales Teams and joint venture partner.
- Recommend appropriate product and manufacturing/automation solutions to improve overall performance of customers.
- Execute product trials/launches and automation projects in coordination with the global product and automation teams.
- Contribute to the strategy for the product line: market, market size, product portfolio, innovation pipeline, positioning & directional pricing.
- Develop the right wiring with the innovation leads within the customer, and ensure identified needs are included in technical innovation pipelines.
- Enable the China Sales Team through product support and knowledge: materials, quality specs, product launches, product training
- Provide technical product, quality and application support for the product line
- Identify and target opportunism, and develop action plans which will most likely achieve revenue and profit goals
- Develop total command of the External Embellishment market in the region, including the competitive landscape
- Coordinate with other product PLMs and teams to maximize opportunities across solutions


WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

- Experience of business development and driving sales growth. Traditional and or online retail apparel industry experience is preferred.
- Competitive with a genuine desire to win
- Team player with enthusiasm for team success and ability to thrive in a cross functional organization
- Ability to work under pressure, manage large workloads and deal with challenges in a professional and calm manner
- A strong eye for detail throughout the process, execution and delivery
- Understand print and manufacturing processes (analogue and digital), colour management and the customer demands on quality for color
- Ability to understand customer objectives and able to use technical expertise to deliver External Embellishment innovations to realization
- Confidence to use initiative and make sound commercial decisions that will benefit the business
- Excellent communication skills, at both internal and customer levels
- Experience of handling high profile customers at a senior level
- Ability to conduct training and workshops for basic to advanced level
- International travel is required with this role
