Summary:
The objectives of this role are: Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client in terms of Recruiting, development and employee engagement solution
Job description:
Recruiting/Staffing:
1. Sales organization recruiting support, build the healthy sales talent pipeline;
2. Align with corporate talent team to coordinate and track the supporting function positions hiring and recruiting projects
3. Monthly Headcount report and update org. chart
4. Monthly turnover report and analysis;
5. Wholesale Hiring cost tracking and efficiency analysis
HR administration:
1. HR system, Employee database maintain;
2. Employee personal file, labor contract, etc.
3. On boarding and exit process management
Learning & Development:
1. National Induction program
2. Understand the training needs and align with talent team on the training and development calendar for wholesale team
3. Launch the training program initiated by headquarter, e.g.: Feedback Culture, Code of Ethics, etc.
Employee Engagement activities:
1. Work with internal communication team to build a fun culture in Wholesale organization;
2. Initiative the activities to improve the employee engagement.
Other HR related work assigned by HR Director
Required:
1. Fluent oral and written communication in English;
2. Master Microsoft office skill, especially Excel;
3. Quick learner, self-motivated, accountable, willing to take challenge
4. Bachelor or above degree
5. 4-6 years HR related experience in MNC, at lease 1-2 years recruiting related working experience.
