职位描述：
Job Duties:
To monitor & manage daily operations, maintain existing business and develop new business.
To lead the team to handle daily job, including declaration, warehousing, transportation, quotation and accounting.
To optimize local resources to generate profit, maintain good relationship with supplier, including liner, co-loader, trucker, broker, domestic warehouse and distribution
To proactive to work out customized and competitive solution to secure new business
To standardize process, prepare SOP for new project.
To drive continuous improvement on staff productivity through efficient work practices and KPI performance monitoring to comply with specific customer requirements and manage resources allocation run in an effective way
To accomplish other tasks assigned by the direct Manager

Desired Skills and Experience:
At least 5 years and above relative bonded warehouse or customs supervised warehouse experience
Strong sense of responsibility and customer orientation mind-set
Good communication and coordination skill, and teamwork-spirited
Detail oriented personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to lead a team with proper people management skill
Proficient spoken and written English is preferred
Proficiency in MS-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 举报 分享
