1. Recruitment
? Recruitment requirements collection & analysis;
? Recruitment administration, including JD developing, job posting, resume collection and screening, interview arrangement, tracking, and on-board process follow up;
? Recruitment of junior level positions;
? Employee orientation implementation & follow up;
2. People Management Circle
? Support on performance management circle, including objective setting, performance evaluation & improvement actions, periodic reviews, and development plan status;
? Collect and monitor employee development plans;
? Monitor the Training implementation including coordination for all training sourcing activities;
3. Employee Relationship
? Employee service on labor law, regulation, and HR policies;
? Labor contract and employee files management;
? Support on all ER issues;
4. HR Supports
? Coordination between CSDG HQ and entities on HR issues, such as reporting collection and analysis;
? HR Tools and database updates;
? Responsible for tasks, assignments or projects based on the instruction of HRD. E.g. Cooperate with HK HR for all co-unit work/ reports.
? 1 - 2 year HR working experiences
? Solid HR knowledge of a manufacturing company is a plus
? Preferably with international company’s background plus local company’s background. JV working experience is a plus.
? Result oriented style and able to manage multi task.
? Excellent inter-personal communication.
? Data sensitive.
Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in HR or related discipline.
? English reading and writing is a must.
? Culture sensitive.
