The Communication Specialist need to develop quality internal and external communication content/materials both in English and Chinese; provide professional support and counsel to internal customers and third parties; assist the Communication manager in planning and reporting; overall communication budget control and follow up.

What you’ll do
? Internal Communication
Develop and execute internal communication program that strengthens employee engagement;
Create and maintain internal communication platforms;
Translation and proofreading of communication materials;
Preparation of company presentations, update communication materials;
Plan and organize internal events (annual dinner, paper day, etc.)
? External Communication
Support in developing and managing a communication plan to drive consistent communication message;
Media relationship management, to maintain and further expand media pool;
Partner and manage agencies for all PR issues. Monitor agencies deliverables and performance against goals;
Execute the roll-out of communication campaigns for external audience.
? Digital Channels
Assist in implementing digital marketing plans and maintain digital integrated online presence such as website, third-parties, Wechat, Weibo, etc.;
Initiate and plan digital channel promotion campaigns;
Responsible for planning and maintaining the editorial calendar of digital channels;
Support news generation and content development for all digital channels.

Who you are
? University degree in related field (journalism, English, PR, marketing, communications, etc.)
? Must be a good Chinese writer.
? Must have strong English verbal and writing skills.
? Good presentation development skill
? Event management skill
? Take initiatives, proactive and positive mind set, can work under pressure
? Team player and good interpersonal skill
