职位描述：
The Swiss-based family owned company Bühler is a global, industrial solution provider for processing foods and for manufacturing advanced materials, contributing to food security and high energy efficiency.
Around 65% of the worldwide harvested grain is processed on Bühler mills, around 50% of all car taillamps or headlamps are getting metallized on Bühler machines. Every day, billions of people come into contact with Bühler technologies to cover their basic needs for foods, mobility, or communication.

Bühler China is the competent partner when it comes to machines, plants and services for the grain and food processing as well as for producing high-quality materials. Bühler has been operating in China since the 1980's, with its headquarters located in Wuxi.

Duties

• Life cycle management (LCM) and continuous R&D for Die-casting machine hydraulic system improvement
• Improve product and implement new solutions
• Support sale, service, testing and manufacturing team on hydraulic issues
• Lead R&D project management according M2M system
• Project management for R&D and cost down

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree
• Hydraulic or mechanical specialty
• More than 4+ year experience in hydraulic system / component design
• Had led R&D project several times
• Speak fluent Chinese and English
• Good skill of UG, AutoCAD
• Familiar with mechanical design, manufacturing process
• Familiar with project management, and has ever led successful projects himself
• With mindset of supply chain management, quality control and cost control
• Rich experience in R&D of die-casting machine is a plus
• Influence others with specialty knowledge and then get their support
• High efficiency in communication with colleagues and customers
• Team spirit
• Optimistic/positive
• Physically healthy, can do trouble shooting in field when necessary
