Job Summary
助理服务实施经理主要的职责是实施并应用已经设计的索迪斯品牌，并进行维护。
The role of the Assistant Service Deployment Manager is to manage the deployment of Sodexo branded service at site level and maintain the brand.
他/她负责根据客户，消费者以及分店的具体情况本地化品牌的实施，并保证品牌的完整性并且最终的服务与期望相符。
He/she is responsible of localizing the branded service based on clients, consumers and site characteristics whilst ensuring the integrity of the offer to guaranty the delivery of the expected outcomes.
助理服务实施经理作为品牌体验的最终负责人将和其他餐饮服务平台团队，支持部门以及营运团队一起完成品牌最终的实施并最终在实施完成后负责将品牌现场管理执行的责任移交给营运团队。
The Assistant Service Deployment Manager is the owner of the branded service experience and works closely with other Service Platform Food teams, support functions and operational teams to implement the branded service standard and transfer the ownership of the service to the operation team once the deployment is completed.
品牌实施完成后，他/她也将定期监控品牌的绩效，反馈给服务实施经理，支持营运回顾和执行标准
After deployment, he/she controls regularly the offer compliance and performance results. He/she feedbacks to service deployment manager on learning and supports the operational team to realign with the standard when needed.

本科或以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
具有相关相业背景者专业优先
Major in deployment related industry is preferred.
工作经验
Working Experience
一年行业经验者优先（希望有相关行业的项目管理经验）
1 year experience in related industry preferred (preferably with project management experience)
有营运经验者优先(实习经验也可)
A past operational experience would be a plus (internship experience also work)

对品牌所涉及的服务日常的运营流程（计划、预测、订购等）、关键产品选择，相关菜单使用和实施有着良好的理解。
