The QL operation manager is responsible to integrate VIOC resource and set up China QL workshop operation and management standard process according to China workshop situation
Integrate VIOC knowhow and China actual situation, localize QL SOP for practical using
Coach and manage flagship and franchisee stores with Valvoline SOP
Work with in-store managers and keep improving store management efficiency
Use smart and flexible method keep improving store sales performance with marketing sense
Effort to form an efficient team which can suit for quick growing business requirement
Good communication and presentation skills
Good process management ability
Good problem Solving and Analysis skills
