职位描述：
1. 负责维修人员的工作任务分配、考评和管理，监督、指导其完成各项维修工作。Overall responsible for task assign,personal evaluation and management, supvervise and guide maintenance related work to maintenance workers.
2. 全面负责设备点检、设备巡检及设备保养计划的执行. Overall responsible for equipment point inspection, equipment routine inspection and maintenance schedule execution.
3. 负责本班组人员的技术指导及技术培训.Responsible for technical guidance and technical training for maintenance workers.
4. 及时组织设备故障维修，并做好设备故障记录与分析.Organize emergency repair of equipment breakdown, and record equipment fault and make analysis.
5. 监督、指导维修人员严格执行公司安全规定，如LOTO.Supervise and guide maintenance workers on implement company safety rules, such as LOTO
6. 全面负责维修相关区域的5S工作. Overall responsible for 5S work related to maintenance area.
7. 协助维修工程师完善设备保养计划、设备故障分析、制定改善方案.Assist maintenance engineer to perfect maintenance schedule, fault analysis and improvement action.
8. 积极的参加公司的改善行动Actively attend improvement activity in the company
