Key responsibilities:
-HR Responsibility
 ?Recruitment management: analyse JD, post ad, screen candidates, phone interview, set up interview, distribute offer and on boarding program
?Resignation process guidance
?Training execution and management, deliver on-boarding training for new employee
?Labour contract follow up
?Contact with SSO for data cleansing and other issue
?HR reporting and database maintaining
?Expat management and supporting
?Btalent follow up
?Other tasks assigned by superior
-Daily office management
?Implementing office policies and organizing office operations
?Organising the office layout and monitoring the use of supplies
?Ensuring admin files are maintained and up-to-date
?Office stationary governance, NPR guidance
?Office HSE and IS Management
-Employee benefit management
?Planning and hosting team activities, like annual dinner, team outing etc
?Organizing events or gifts for women’s day, birthday, Christmas etc.
?Contact with FESCO for benefit program
-Communications
?Producing China news overview monthly report
?Media news distribution

Job Requirements:
?Bachelor Degree or above
?Fluent oral and written English
?Minimum 3 years’ HR experience in in multinational company
?Experience required Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes
?Has a good understanding of basic concepts and procedures in own discipline and basic knowledge in related disciplines and continues to acquire higher level knowledge and skills
?Works mainly independently through the application of acquired knowledge, precedent and judgement based upon standard procedures
