Job Summary
To provide full assistance and support to HR key function. Such as recruiting, HR system management, employee relationship etc.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Implement the recruiting process: including
? File position requisition form.
? Issue the open position at recruiting net.
? Collect and select the resume.
? Coordinate and make the interview schedule.
? Inform the candidates for interview.
? Implement the first round of interview.
? Coordinate and follow the interview result.
2. Implement the hiring process: including
? Track the physical examination result of new hired.
? Check and hard copy new employees’ ID, education certificate and registered permanent residence etc.
? Fix the on board day.
? Archive new staffs’ document in his(her) personal file in HR.
3. Implement the registration process: including
? In charge of labor contract and relative documents signature.
? Maintenance and update HR System.
? Inform relative department for new employees registration.
? Arrange permanent residence transfer if necessary.
4. Implement the resignation process: including
? Resignation reason analysis.
? Resignation procedure arrangement: such as coordinate and receive signed resignation form, issue resignation certificate, issue the pension insurance certificate, external personal file etc.
5. Prepare HR Report: including
? Monthly report for employee’s increase, decrease, transfer etc.
? Weekly/Monthly reports of headcount.
? Other reports that Regional HR director or staffing manager required.
6. Implement routine HR work: including
? Renew employee’s labor contract and updated relative information in HR system on time.
? Arrange internal position transfer.
7. Other duties and responsibilities appointed by Site HR Manager.
  
Job Specification:
General requirements:
1. College degree or above, at least 5 year relative experience in HR.
2. Excellent computer skills, such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc.
3. Good English skills in verbal and written.
4. Good communication skill and team work.
5. High sense of responsibility, confidentiality.
6. Honest, integrity and dedication to work is a must, and an excellent health is expected.

Special skill and knowledge requirements:
1. Familiar with HR filed knowledge and Labor Law.
2. Familiar with the regional government offices. Such as HRD, CPF, SIP etc.
3. Having organization and management skill is prefer.
