职位描述：
岗位职责
1.组织实施生产部下达的生产计划，保质保量地完成生产任务；全面负责当班注塑生产
2.制定合理的生产计划，加强原材料控制，生产效率的提升级；做好生产部数字化统计。
3.加强人员管理，完善车间管理制度；优化注塑工艺，提出改善方案，解决模具，设备问题；提高生产效。
4.确保注塑车间5S的执行， 加强各部门配合，保质保量完成生产出货订单。
5.深入贯彻公司的安全生产制度，确保安全文明生产； 创造良好的工作环境，以身作则，提高员工的素质

职位要求：
1、大专学历，机电，模具，高分子等相关专业；
2、注塑领班，主管工作经验5-8年；熟练调试注塑机与周边辅机，异常处理及维修保养；
3、有注塑机，模具的日常维修与保养的工作经验；
4、熟悉办公自动化操作，及ERP系统运用；
5、具有较强的组织、计划、控制、协调能力，有丰富的注塑管理能力，能够激励并引导团队实现生产目标；
6、具有较强的人际交往能力和较高注塑专业技能；
7、愿意承担工作压力及接受挑战，能够适应工作要求；
8、能读写英文的优先考虑。

Responsibilities

job requirements：
College diploma or above major in mechanical and electrical, mold, high polymer and relevant majors
Injection foreman, director of 5-8 years work experience; Skilled to debug injection molding machine and auxiliary machine,Be able to handle exceptions and maintenance
Injection molding machine and mold of daily maintenance and maintenance work experience
Familiar with office automation, and using ERP system
Strong interpersonal skills and high injection molding professional skills
Willing to work under pressure and accept the challenge, can adapt to job requirements
Have stronger organization, planning, control, coordination, has the rich injection management capabilities, able to motivate and lead team to achieve production goal
