职位描述：
with the fast growing in china and southeast asia market, buhler pays high attention on developing local research & development forces for various business units. therefore, we are looking for more and more talents to join the rice & sorting, extrusion business units. he/she will work with stakeholders and be responsible for:
随着中国和东南亚市场的快速发展，布勒高度关注于发展中国及东南亚地区不同业务部门的研发力量。因此，我们正在寻找更多的人才加入我们大米与色选、挤压等业务单元。他/她将与相关方共同配合，负责:

- product design, include the creation of new parts and assemblies and the improvement of existing parts
-machine design in according to buhler r&d standard process;
-import the technical data into pdm;
-make the documents (machine ta-sheet, manual, spare part list…);
- 产品设计，包括：设计新的组件和改进现有的部分。根据布勒研发标准流程进行机械设计；将相关技术数据导入产品数据管理系统；技术资料准备等

- product concept comprehension
understand the machine concept defined by product manager, including capacity, size, efficiency, performance request, target cost, challenges, etc.;
- 产品概念理解：充分理解产品经理对概念机的定位，包括产能、尺寸及各种其他性能要求以及目标成本等;

- sourcing & budgeting
-sourcing the qualified spare parts from 3rd party & control the quality;
-understand cost targets;
-work directly with suppliers (internal/external) to understand limitations and define solutions to reach cost targets;
- 采购与预算：寻找质量合格的第三方备件；了解目标成本；与供应商共同配合在有限的条件下寻找***方案以实现目标成本。

- prototype testing / fulfillment handover
-order prototype and 0-series machines;
-work with manufacturing to ensure proper work flow for product manufacturing, and that design is meeting cost target;
-visit prototype installations for feedback towards design modification;
-assembly quality control;
-join machine test run and final inspection;
-hand over final product to manufacturing as required by buhler rd procedures
- 原型机测试及项目交付。与生产部门沟通以确保生产与设计流程符合成本的目标设定；通过安装反馈来调整设计；质量监控；并进行最终的机器测试以达到交付标准。

岗位要求：
- university degree in mechanical design;
- 本科学历及以上， 机械设计专业毕业;

- more than five years working experience in mechanical relative field and above three years machine design experience;
- 五年以上在机械相关领域的工作经验，以及三年以上参与机械设计的工作经验;

- experience with grain processing industry is preferred for rice & sorting business unit; and with food processing industry is preferred for extrusion business unit.
- 有过粮食加工行业和食品加工行业工作经验者优先;

- general knowledge of mechanical design , manufacture process and material;
- 对机械设计、制造工艺和材料有一定的了解;

- good skill on ms office, 2d & 3d design software;
- 较好地掌握office软件和2d/3d设计软件;

- good english both in oral and written;
- 良好的英语口语与书写能力;

- good communication and negotiation, interface effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds such as trades, purchasing, and suppliers, marketing, management and customers.
- 良好的沟通和谈判技巧，包括：交易方，采购方，供应商，市场，管理和客户等;

- ability to work under pressure, behavior under pressure, work-life balance;
- 有一定的抗压能力，工作与生活的平衡把控;

- sensitized to available resources, cost-to-benefit mentality;
- 善于发现可用资源，具备成本核算等概念

- proposal of alternative solutions, new ideas, and suggestions for improvement;
- 有自己的新想法和改进意见；

- strong willing to learn.
- 积极主动的学习意识。
