职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. To implement and review HR development strategy, consolidate policies & procedures.
2. Aligned with the Company's strategic planning to acquire, develop talented employees.
3. To manage employment contract and agreement, maintain personnel files.
4. To update job descriptions, analyze position values, and compile competitive compensation & benefits structures.
5. To compile annual salary & benefits budget, process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy.
6. To facilitate training cycle, implement performance management and career development plans.
7. To work closely with line managers, department heads for HR operations and continuous improvement.
8. To deal with employee relations, resolve labor disputes.
9. To manage internal communication channels, including employee newsletters, on-site visit, employee meetings, etc.
10. To establish and maintain good relationship with Government.
11. To manage HR outsourcing vendors.
12. To manage administration and office affaires.
Requirements:
1. capable of demonstrating clear understanding of all tasks and processes within functional responsibility.
2. have solid leadership capabilities, and know how to lead, motivate and develop teams.
3. creative, flexible and have excellent analytical and communication skills.
4. have a customer focused mindset.
5. conceptual and practical problem solver with solid decision making abilities.
6. innovative and pro-active leader with good business acumen and be able to work independently.
7. have the ability to deal with the stress created by high work volumes, tight deadlines and a very fast-paced manufacturing situation.
8. BA or BS above degree, in HR related majors.
9. Minimum 8 years of related experience in manufacturing industry and must manage commercial and manufacturing legal entities together;
10. Excellent at communication and interpersonal skills
11. High integrity and ethics with loyalty to the company
12. Details and results oriented
13. Strong MS Office skills;
15. Fluent English and Chinese language abilities.
16. Willing to travel as requested.
