职位描述：
1. 负责店铺客服人员管理工作， 负责旺旺的销售接待工作，接待客户的订单、咨询，促成订单成交以及下单，跟单和售后服务。
2. 管理产品的销售情况和货存，关注全国各地的物流情况等，随时对各种情况及时反映，通知相关部门。
3. 关注各平台的规则变更并及时作出调整。
4. 产品的售后处理及纠纷的解决，带领同事完成销售目标，有合作团队精神。
5. 以提升客户体验为目标，建立并推行服务流程体系，包括制度、流程及各项标准，并持续优化和改进。
6. 管理客服、售后人员工作，负责客服分配、排班，确保所管各岗位工作有序、及时、衔接;
7. 管理和完善客服岗位的工作流程、服务规范以及绩效考核方案，优化人员结构;
8. 指导客服、售后等岗位人员的工作，提高所管各岗位人员的工作能力、责任心、效率;
9. 协助相关团队管理和维护在线商品，配合执行各种店铺活动，推广沟通活动内容传达给属下。
任职要求：
1、高中以上学历，专业不限，有网店客服工作经验。
2、熟悉计算机基本操作，文字录入速度在80字/分以上；
3、性格开朗，具有一定的亲和力，工作耐心细致，有责任心，思维活跃，领悟力 。
