职位描述：
Specific Responsibilities:
? Lead the collection and reporting of the Monthly Global Supplier Quality Metrics. Summarize results and identify critical performance improvement opportunities.
? Participate and support all Supplier Quality related activities in Central Europe..
? Support all Purchased Part approval Matrix (PPAM) activities and participate in weekly reviews as required.
? Manage PPAP process in China. Review all PPAP’s submitted from the Supply base to insure process effectiveness and 100% First Pass Yield. Train Key Suppliers on PPAP process.
? Maintain Global PPAP database. Update and review system on a bi-weekly basis.
? Implement SCAR/FAST RESPONSE system in China. .Insure timely response from Suppliers with 8D’s per the FR process. Maintain Supplier Quality Issue/Corrective Action database (SCAR/8-D). Update and review system data on a bi-weekly basis.
? Implement cross functional Supplier Assessment process for potential new Suppliers of components.
? Implement Key Supplier Process Audit. All “key” Suppliers will be audited for Quality/Mfg system and process effectiveness at least once every 12 months. Identify, document and follow thru on implementation of Development opportunities as an output of Supplier Process Audit results.
? Provide support for Other regions (ie., Mexico, AZ) that procure components from China. This may require issue resolution, Supplier audits, etc
? Perform Supplier Assessments and FAT’s for Resale projects
? Implement New critical process/product improvement initiatives as required. Ie. Rust/Corrosion prevention and protection.
? Train SQE’s and Key Suppliers in basic quality principles, tools and continuous improvement initiatives (PPAP’s, 8-D’s, Supplier Audits, etc..)
? Support the Global SQE R&D in the on-going development of QSM procedures/processes.

Specific skill requirements for this role include:
? Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science discipline, Advanced degree is a plus.
? Successful completion of ASQ certification as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
? Extensive experience with PPAP development and approval review including FMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Capability Studies, Measurement methods, etc.
? 7+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Quality and/or Supplier Quality Function.
? Experience in root cause analysis, corrective action and process development methods.
? Expertise/experience in problem solving with quality tools such as 6-sigma , 8-D, 5WHY, Fishbone, etc.
? Good knowledge of production/quality development and control methods (SPC, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, etc.) 举报 分享
