职位描述：

1. Take responsibility for overall product/project quality from NPI to mass production and ensure customers quality requirements a fully understood and implemented..
2. Be customer’s ambassador for quality assurance like handle customer’s complaints, RMA and other quality issues..
3. Drive continuous improvement of the product quality..

Principal Responsibilities

1. Dedicated to responsible area in CFT in order to achieve the goals of CFT.
2. New product /ECO:

• Review Quality Agreements with CFT team and customer.
• Update Quality Standard to CFT team.
• Initiate/Revise Control plan and OBA inspection WI.
• Conduct FAI and Trial Run Report for Quality Assurance.
• Co-work with PE for FMEA Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plan.

3. Customer compliant handing:

• Monitor and Review RMA DPPM/FA Breakdown with CFT team and Report to customer.
• Create CAR report and review with CFT team for customer approval and understanding.
• Consolidate Lessons Learnt and Quality KPI Improvement Summary Report for VIP Projects.

4. Continuous Improvement of quality process:

• Monitor OBA and Top Issues Improvement.
• Monitor FPY and Tops Issues Improvement.
• Drive internally quality meetings for continuous improvement.
• Find Six Sigma CIP project and Progress Update.

5. Quality Audit:

• Drive internally product/process audit and make action Log for findings.
• Action Log for customer audit findings.
• Collect, monitor and analysis process quality data to drive continuous improvement..

6. Other tasks assigned by superior

Qualifications & Experience

1. Education and Major: Bachelor degree. Major in Electronics, Mechanical, Telecommunication or other relevant subject.
2. Working Experience: Min. 1-2 years working experience in quality area. EMS industry working experience is a plus.
3. General Requirements:

Good communication skills; fluent English in both written and oral; strong problem solving skills.

The knowledge of IPC standards related to PCB assembly, FMEA, SPC, QC 7 tools and 8D.

4. Special skills: Six sigma and Lead methodology is a plus
5. Personality: A mature individual who is self-motivated, result-oriented, aggressive, committed and pro-active with good leadership qualities. Can do attitude.
