职位描述
This position holder is mainly responsible for China supplier quality development.
Qualifications:
1. Good product knowledge in machined parts, PCB, welding products, motor, gas equipments;
2. Ability of reading & reviewing mechanical or electrical drawings;
3. Ability of using measurement tools (caliper, hi-pot testing machine etc.)
4. Good in English & Chinese language skill - fluent in both written & spoken;
5. Good understanding & application of QC tools, 8D, DMAIC, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, DOE;
6. Good issue analysis capability, able to use data analysis, experiments to find out solution;
7. Very good capability of influencing people & strong personality & team player;
8. Good auditing skills;
9. Good reporting & presentation skills;
10. Rich experience in improvement project management, lean or GB is preferred;
11. Good learning capability / adaptability to new things;
12. Good working attitude, responsible, proactive, diligent, pressure resistance, careful and quick thinking.
Responsibilities:
1. Supplier risk assessment (quality) in supplier identification phase;
2. Supplier certification and development programs;
3. Supplier internal quality organization and staffing capabilities;
4. Early supplier involvement and new product introductions (including establishing supplier involvement in service & field feedback);
5. Supplier quality performance management from new product release to end-of-life;
6. Field feedback and corrective actions.
